The Santa Croce Monumental Complex needs constant attention in order to conserve its immense heritage.  The Opera di Santa Croce as a secular, non-profit organization does not receive any State or Church funding. Since the 14th century it has supported the conservation and development of the site that is a precious legacy to all mankind thanks only to funds raised with visit and private donation.
